Waterways now offers geothermal heating and cooling!
What is geothermal heating and cooling?
Geothermal is basically a heat pump that draws energy out of the ground rather than the air and is extremely efficient. A geothermal system coupled with a radiant floor can heat or cool your house.

As the diagram to the right shows, the heat is dissipated by circulating through the cooler ground. Rather than relying on less efficient air heat pumps, a geothermal pump makes use of the consistent year-round ground temperature to regulate air temperature.
